ONLINE QUEUE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS TO UNIVERSITIES: COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT

Starting July 6, applicants can use the "Online Queue" service to submit documents to admissions offices at higher education institutions.

Applicants have to open RIKC website and log in to their personal account of a CE/CT participant to book a convenient date and time to visit the admissions office by selecting their university, faculty, and major.

Important information:

- This service is available to applicants who took the Centralized Examination/Centralized Testing in 2025 and 2026.

- Pre-registration is not required – it is still possible to submit documents on a first-come, first-served basis.

- If your plans change, you can cancel your appointment and re-register for another time.

- Step-by-step instructions are available on the websites of the Ministry of Education and the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control (RIKC).

Application deadlines:

- July 12-17 – for state-funded places

- Until August 1 – for fee-paying programs (until August 2 – for agricultural majors)

We recommend submitting your documents during the first few days of the admissions process to avoid rush and allow time to correct any document errors.

The online queue system offers a comfortable environment for applicants and ensures the efficient work of our admissions committees!
