The event is being organized by the Ministry of Education. The Belarusian Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Academy of Sciences, and the High-Tech Park will serve as discussion platforms.
The forum will be attended by rectors of the country's leading universities, heads of relevant departments, representatives of the National Academy of Sciences, the High-Tech Park, and business circles.

A distinctive feature of the National School of Rectors will be its mobile format. The work will be organized at leading specialized venues across the country, allowing participants not only to discuss challenges and growth areas in key areas but also to learn about best practices.

The business program for the first day will begin at the Belarusian Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. The focus will be on media hygiene and the education of young people in the digital environment. Participants will discuss the creation and maintenance of a university Registry of Creative Online Authors, mechanisms for combating false information among students, the development of tools for assessing the effectiveness of mentoring, and the creation of multidisciplinary youth editorial boards based at student media centers.

Work will continue at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
